What data I process and why

Only what you send me through the contact form (name, email, company if you add it, and what you tell me about your project), for a single purpose: replying to you and, if you are interested, preparing a proposal.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you send the form, and any pre-contractual steps you ask me to take.

How long I keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry and at most two years after our last contact, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

Who I share it with

No one. It is stored on the server that hosts this website, within the European Union, and is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

Analytics and cookies

I count visits anonymously, without cookies: I do not store your IP address or anything that could identify you. In addition, only if you accept it in the cookie notice, I use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You will find the details in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability by emailing rafa@rafarivas.es. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
